I focus on Strength & Conditioning throughout the majority of my training sessions. My clients always leave feeling fitter and stronger and I enjoy being able to provide a solid foundation for them to achieve their goals.
My approach to long-term health comes from the daily practice of simple healthy habits. I support & empower my clients to move more, eat better and sleep well. Leading by example, I have competed in multisport events, running, powerlifting & bodybuilding. To me, age is just a number!

My love of movement, family and overall health is reflected in my training & programs. On my own health journey, I’ve lost 30kgs after having kids so I understand the complexities both physically & mentally when it comes to reaching your goals.
My love of getting outside and enjoying natures playground is incorporated into my training style. I specialize in endurance sports programming, injury prevention & functional strength training.
