Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Most of our clients start with some aches, uncertainty, or nerves. We meet you where you're at.
How often should I train?
Most clients train 2–3 times per week. 1-2 of these will be with their personal trainer, and then we will set them up with a solo training approach for days when they don’t see their PT. Our aim is to help them find a rhythm that fits their lifestyle.
Do you work with people over 50?
Absolutely. Many of our members are in their 50s and 60s. Our oldest current client is 80 years old and thriving.
