How do I book a spot?
If it's your first session, simply fill out the online registration form here. Then turn up to your chosen session. After that, there is no need to book, just turn up to a session that is most convenient to you. Please see above schedule.
I haven't trained in a while...will I be able to keep up?
Our experienced trainers are able to tailor the exercise options to suit all fitness abilities. You can expect a friendly group of people who will help and encourage you through a physically challenging workout.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is your water bottle. Your instructor will provide all exercise equipment.
What if it's raining?
We train all year round no matter what the weather. Simply turn up and get active!
Pricing Structure
All payments are done via a weekly Direct Debit with no fixed-term contracts. Simply choose the number of sessions you wish to attend each week and match it to the payment plan below.
What kind of activities do you do?
The sessions vary and are never the same but typically will focus on improving aerobic conditioning, muscular endurance, strength, mobility and balance. You will use a wide range of equipment from kettle bells through to strength bands, suspension systems to bodyweight work, all conducted in some of Christchurch's most iconic outdoor locations.
