Results Club is a maximum results-based gym program. With a SIX week focus, it is designed to improve performance, strength and a massive change in body composition.
This is the ultimate small group training program.

Comprehensive testing, program design and supportive nutrition protocols see the participants smashing personal bests and feeling at the top of their game. The only requirement is that you turn up with a goal in mind and are prepared to do the hard yards to achieve it.

This six week fitness focus  is held during the school term and is geared towards taking you further with your training than ever before. Please Note - Results Club is a 6 week training program and you agree to sign up for the full term. RC is not a pay as you go program. Guaranteed to get you sweating, these sessions are action-packed, fun and able to be modified to most fitness levels.* Each session is different, but you will cover:
