You will be training 4 days per week and performing the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. These gym-based routines are battle tested and are proven to work.

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact to your personal accountability coachwhenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. They will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track

 
 

Comprehensive Fitness Testing & Results Tracing

For 21 Days you will be training hard and putting the effort to ensure your nutrition is on point, and it is through the testing that we will see the results. Not only will you be dropping weight, reducing body fat and loosing centimetres, you are going to gain lean muscle mass, improve tone and increase your overall fitness. Fitness Testing will help show you the results.

One on One Personal Training

You will be working one-on-one with an experienced and qualified personal trainer during the challenge. Your PT will: 

  • Assess your current capabilities and moment patterns
  • Address any major muscular imbalances or mobility issues 
  • Customise your training approach to suit your individual needs.

Your personal trainers job to keep you accountable, trouble shoot any sticking points and most importantly get you the result

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact to your personal trainer for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed.
